Disgraced Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa who is facing serious allegations of raping a minor broke a record this year, after the Number of Zimbabweans who fled Zimbabwe reached a million mark in one year for the first time in the history Zimbabwe.
According to the the ministry of Information close to a million people between the ages of 18 and 39 left Zimbabwe in this year alone. This is the highest number of Zimbabweans to leave the country in the history of Zimbabwe even before independence.
Addressing journalists at a press conference, Zimbabwe’s minister of Information Monica Mutsvangwa said that majority of Zimbabweans who left the country went to South Africa with 85% followed by Botswana with 5% and 3% to the UK.
